Google’s Golden Goose Lays A Paid Link Egg
Blogging November 17th, 2007What happens to Google’s Golden Goose when it gets caught playing with Google fire (buying links). I don’t know but let’s find out. Let’s see what actually happens. Here is proof that Business.com is buying links. Not linking out here, so they don’t remove them with lightning quickness. I’m sure you can go to Forbes.com right now and check for yourself.

The Golden Goose gets caught!

So what happens now, do they get a slap on the hand, do they get their page rank reduced, or do they get kicked out of the index completely like John Chow?

Yes Thats true….business.com are in advertisemnet and with anchortext + nofollow tag….Its buying links only? Some time its really confusing…that this thing is bad or not..Google can have link advertisement then why other website dont? Google slap to text link ads bcoz its pass page rank. and its good also for other website who dont buy links. This is really confusing.

If they think you are trying to game the system then they will put the Google slap on you. They hate link selling companies with a passion as they should. Think about it, if you have to use one of those companies to rank then your company or website is probably not of the quality it should be. I agree with them on that.
I think that they see business.com as a site that provides quality to the internet, so no page spank. But the point is it doesn’t really go with their theme of “you no buy text links.” They have a hard time regulating themselves, especially when there is money involved.
